Heath really enjoys hearing from folks and will try to personally respond to every letter he receives, even if it takes him a couple months.
Heath does get a lot of mail at times and has quite an extensive list of people that he corresponds with on a regular basis.
Heath works a full day in the prison and writes letters during his free time.
The Arkansas Department of Correction has rules and regulations concerning the type of mail that inmates are
allowed to receive. All mail sent to Heath will be opened, inspected and may be read.
Remember that all correspondence must contain Heath's inmate number.

Ideally, write the letter on paper and use a plain white envelope. Printed stationary paper is okay.
Letters typed on a computer with pictures or small graphics are okay.
Heath is also allowed to recieve greeting cards as long as they do not include plastic or metal pieces.
Please do not send any of the following items to Heath. If these things are mailed to Heath, he will either
have to pay for them to be returned to you or they will be destroyed. If you question whether or not an item is
proper to send, do not send it. Items can be rejected arbitrarily by the prison staff with no reason.
Remember, Heath does not get to see or have access to the items that must be destroyed and his funds are limited.
Do Not Send:
- Heath is only allowed a few photographs and they must meet size requirements. If you want to send Heath a picture, include a digital photo as part of your letter.
- No Paper, Envelopes, Stationary, Pens, Pencils, Postcards or Stamps. Heath must purchase all his writing supplies from the prison commissary.
- CD's, videos and cassettes are not allowed.
- Books, leaflets, catalogs and magazines can be sent directly from any recognized store (i.e. Amazon.com), but cannot be mailed from you.
Remember these items are subject to the prison regulations regarding proper subject matter.
- No violent, gang, prejudice, pornographic, or sexually orientated materials or letters of ANY kind are allowed.
- No padded envelopes, laminated items, stickers or glued items.
- Do not send anything plastic.
- No jewelry, clothing or cloth items can be sent.
- No personal hygeiene items (these must be purchased from the prison commissary).
- No food items of any kind.
- Do not send cash or money orders directly to Heath. If you would like to help Heath financially by
